Brook M. Seeley, M.D.
Dr. Brook Seeley is the founder of Connecticut Facial Plastic Surgery and a leading authority in cosmetic and reconstructive facial procedures. Renowned for delivering results that enhance your beauty, he dedicates his work to preserving the personal essence of each patient. His warm, unhurried style and commitment to exceptional patient care have earned him a reputation as one of the most sought-after facial plastic surgeons in Connecticut and beyond. Whether your goal is a facelift, rhinoplasty, or reconstructive surgery after injury or cancer, Dr. Seeley’s philosophy remains unwavering: to blend surgical precision with authentic artistry.
Dr. Seeley’s journey in medicine began early in life, fueled by a deep fascination with science and a desire to help others. After graduating with honors from the Ivy League’s Dartmouth College, he continued to the University of Rochester School of Medicine, where he served as president of the student body, graduated with honors, and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Upon receiving his medical degree—and delivering the class commencement address—he embarked on a rigorous six-year Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery training program at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation. There he served as Chief Resident after excelling as a surgeon, a clinician, and a research scientist. His research resulted in his receiving the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery’s highest Resident Research Award, and he was invited to speak at numerous national and international conferences around the globe.
Dr. Seeley was selected to complete one of the nation’s most sought after fellowships at the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF). There he studied under the tutelage of his revered mentors, Dr. Corey Maas and Dr. Sheldon Kabaker, two of the most highly regarded facial plastic surgeons in the world. He is one of the select few to earn double board certification from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, a testament to his dedication and mastery in this highly specialized field.
